To delete an item from iCloud in iTunes:
1. On a computer game is on ITunes, open ITunes 10.5.1 or later on your computer. You can download the latest version of ITunes here.
2. Click Music on the left side of Itunes.
3. Select the item you want to delete. Right-click and select Delete.
4. You will be asked to confirm this action.
5. If the item you want to remove exists in ITunes on your computer, as well as iCloud, select and delete the item from iCloud.
Tips:

Tips:
A) The download button will be displayed next to items that are available for download iCloud, but are not yet available on your computer.
B) Removal of iCloud can only be done with a computer, which is included in the match Itunes. If an item is removed from the iCloud, this item can not be restored.
C) If an item is removed from the iCloud, deleted item will be removed from any IPod, iPhone, or IPad enabled ITunes match, which is synchronized with the media library Itunes.
